How much does it cost to be an Elance employer?

There are no fees to be an Elance employer.  There is however a $10 activation deposit when you post your first project, but the deposit is automatically refunded back to you in 10 days. 

There are no fees to post your job on Elance.   A Standard Posting is free, but you have the option to post your project as a Featured Posting ($15) or a Business to Business Posting ($50) to highlight them on our site.

As an employer on Elance, at no additional cost you have access to our Elance Escrow, 1099 and Dispute Assistance services.

Elance collects our service fee from the service provider when you pay for the work.   We do not take service fees from the employer.
